New site. New Look. New Thoughts.

I thought that with all the new things that life will be giving me this next year I would give my blog a little facelift.  So maybe just a brief introduction to me and my life as we launch this new look.

My name is Preston Cox.  I currently live in Abilene, Texas but at the beginning of 2013 I will be beginning a new job as the Spiritual Engagement Minister at the Georgetown Church of Christ.  I am very excited about this position because of all the possibilities it presents.  My main tasks will be overseeing the worship and small group ministries, both which are very dear to my heart.

My wife, Sarah, currently works as a hospital social worker and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Social Work.  She is everything I ever needed in a spouse and I can honestly say that I am a better person because I am married to her.

We have two furry children named Buster and Lucy. 

We have been through a lot in our very short lives.  We have already been through valleys and up on the mountains, but through it all God has blessed us and has provided everything we have ever needed.  

So here's to a new adventure!!
